Working too hard for Mischief
When my human told me I’d have to come with her to work for a couple of days I couldn’t believe my luck. A whole dog shop full of toys, treats and biscuits – and lots of friends to play with too! Doggie heaven!
In reality, it turned out that she was so busy doing window displays and serving customers that I had to be in charge of the till. There was no time for play or mischief!
It was a very important job and I took it very seriously – and I only accepted dog biscuits and tennis balls as payment *Waggy tail*

It is so hard going with them to work, I don’t think they appreciate how hard we do work! Sounds like you was on a great thing with tennis ball and treats payment, I don’t get nowt!! Can I come work with you? I could bring some treats?!
Well, my sister was good at going to work, I got fired because I did not have time to hang out in the office. Now we all work together from home and that is perfect. Glad you kept an eye on the payments, good job
