Meeting the Waggy Tails Photography Team
Back in February my human got in touch with professional dog photographers Waggy tails Photography. I got to interview them about dog photography on my blog, and Louise & Arran sounded so nice that we decided to meet up for a photo walk in Wimbledon Common to have a chat, throw some sticks and take some cool dog photos (of me!).
Photos in the Snow
I think I must have been the first Entlebucher Mountain Dog they had ever photographed – and after my human gave them a crash course in how to manoeuvre an Entle (whoever has the ball is in charge) they quickly picked up on how to shoot a super active, quick as lightening and ball obsessed snow monster like me.
I got to play fetch and other fun games with my human while they were snapping away, occasionally asking me to wag my tail or walk this or that way, and I must say it felt pretty cool to have those big camera lenses following my every step!
The Photos Arrived in the Post
At the end of my play photo session I got to pose for some portait photos and then we were done for the day. I slept for the rest of the afternoon and kind of forgot all about the photos until a curious package arrived in the post with my name on it.
It was a DVD movie of all the photos they took plus a CD with my human’s favourite shots. She said she really liked the photos of the two of us together as we don’t have many of those type of photos – because she is always behind the camera!
I just remembered how much fun we had on the day and hope my humans will print some of the photos so I can look at them every day.
What about you doggies out there? Have you ever been photographed by a professional dog photographer? Did you have as much fun as I did? *waggy tail*

Love the photos!
We have never been photographed by a professional, unless you count dog shows, but I would l love to do this some day!
Rooo It was really a whole lot of fun and we ended up with a whole bunch of photos we we would never have been able to shoot ourselves *waggy tail*
You sure a photogenic buddy!!
My Mum wishes she was in more shots with me too, as she’s always the one taking them, I’m ok just being the only one in the pics!! Tee Hee
I was shocked when I saw the snow buddy and then I went back and read it properly and realized it was in February! Haha
Have a Fun, Mischievous weekend,
Your pal Snoopy
How great that you got to have a professional photo shoot done! I don’t have many pictures of me and the dogs either as I always have the camera. Those are some great pictures!
