Puppy and Dog Development – Week By Week Chart

As you might know I’ve been following my friend, the Entlebucher Mountain Dog Shadow and her puppies, since the little ones were born a couple of weeks ago. The puppies are growing so fast and they are really adorable. They have just started playing with the toys in their playpen and from the puppy videos it looks like they’re learning to wrestle a little too.

I know their mum is busy choosing new homes for them all, and it sounds like she is really pleased with the humans she has found for them. If any of them move close enough to me here in London, I’d happily supply free lessons in sock stealing and mud diving. I might even throw in some advice on how to conquer the humans sofa and bed if they’re interested.

I found this really lovely chart of puppies development week by week on the Pet 365 Blog, and I thought I’d share it with you all. It is really quite amazing to see what happens every week in a puppy’s development – apart from just growing bigger! Perhaps Shadow might like to take a look too – although I’m sure she is already a pro by now.
