Monday Mischief Pet Bloghop – The Whole World in My Paws

Welcome to our third Monday Mischief Pet Bloghop – good to sniff you here! *waggy tail*

I had kennel cough last week and so I wasn’t allowed to play with any other dogs, or fetch balls or do anything fun really. It was really boring and I felt really sorry for myself so started looking for something fun to do indoors.

That’s when I spotted a big blue book I hadn’t seen before…

Oh, its a book with maps... I wonder if I can find Switzerland where my breed is from?

What? You're not supposed to chew books?

Whoopsy - guess I'm busted!

Hmmm Where can I hide the evidence?

    Hey Alfie,

I hope it won’t be long until you’re all back to normal and allowed to play with other Doggies and do regular fun stuff again!

Glad to hear you found yourself something to keep you occupied though, Tee Hee :) You’re doing such a great job with the Mischief buddy – hiding the evidence, pawfect!!

Keep up the good work :)

    Your pal Snoopy :)

Rugby has had kennel cough before and if isn’t fun. One of the things I think helped was me giving him Vitamin C as soon as he got sick. There is a specific type of vitamin C that works for dogs though, so you have to get it from a pet store.

I don’t think you were being mischievous at all with the atlas, you were just trying to learn!

  3. says

Hi Alfie! I would have wanted to chew that book too! BOL!

Mom and I think that you are one handsome dog!

We love your blog and we just “liked” you on Facebook!

Hope that you will “like” me too!

Barks and licks and love, Dakota

Books are good, especially recepie books. That kennel cough is a tough one. So take care of yourself and get better soon.

Thanks for hosting the monday mischeif. I didn’t do anything mischevious this week, but I can guarntee something coming soon. It is in my genes to get in trouble.

Hehe… too cute! My Toy Fox Terrier used to chew the corners off my books when I was a kid… she never quite figured out that they were for reading, not eating!

I can see how you would get confused. Books kinda do feel like chew toys. The bright colours, the soft, rippable paper… It sounds like a destroying-good time to me too!

I hope you feel better soon so you can go back to the fun stuff!

  7. says

Aww, hey Alfie, I’m sorry you weren’t feeling good last week. Hope you’re all better now.

You are soooo cute – such great pictures! But please, don’t follow Bella’s lead – books are to be read, not fed. ;)
